Start the festive season with ‘Elvis.’
Scarborough hotels can begin the festive season with an evening show paying tribute to the early days of ‘pure hip-swivelling ‘ rock n roll, the ‘68 Come Back Special’ and Elvis’s Las Vegas performances.
The serious production features LEE ‘MEMPHIS’ KING, the UK’s most successful Elvis impersonator, finalist in “The Worlds Greatest Elvis” and in the special edition of “The Weakest Link” both on BBC 1 TV. With his outstanding band and singers, his spectacular recreation of Elvis Presley on stage is a true ‘must see’!! Don’t miss it!

Chart topping boyband McFly, who confirmed a spectacular concert in Dalby forest. The band who have had a string of number one albums and singles, are booked to play in the stunning tree-lined auditorium next June.
Paul Cody, local concert organiser for the Forestry Commission, told the Malton Mercury: “This is another top name for Dalby adding to the list of legends who have performed in the wood since the gigs started back in 2001.
“McFly’s achievements are staggering, but if anything their finest years lie ahead, exploring new sounds and audiences. It will be a fabulous mid-summer spectacular.”
The band are no strangers to appearing in a forest, having played to a packed crowd in Thretford Forest, East Anglia, last year. As well as Dalby Forest they will appear at Nottinghamshire and Gloucestershire as part of the Forestry Commission’s annual Music in the Forest Tour.
The past 12 months have been busy for the band with a new album, Radio: Active, featuring the singles Lies and One For The Radio.
Their latest single is the double A-side Do Ya/Stay With Me – the official BBC Children in Need song.
